This is a courtesy translation of the Spanish-language privacy notice required under Mexican law. If anything here differs from the original, the Spanish version prevails.
In compliance with Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, or LFPDPPP), this notice explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect through this site, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

Mtra. Fernanda Evia García, psychologist and systemic psychotherapist, is responsible for the processing of your personal data when you browse this site or write to us through the contact form.

2. What personal data we collect
When you use this site's contact form, we collect only the data you choose to share: your name, your email address, your phone number, and the content of the message you write.
For security purposes, we also temporarily log your IP address, solely to prevent automated or abusive use of the form. That log does not include your name, email, or message, and it is deleted automatically within a matter of hours.
We do not ask for, and we recommend you not share through this channel, sensitive data such as medical diagnoses or detailed clinical history: that kind of information is better kept for the session itself, in a confidential space.
3. What we use your data for
- Respond to your message and follow up with you.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- If you become a patient, provide continuity for your therapeutic process.
We do not use your data for marketing purposes or for any purpose other than those described here, unless you expressly authorize it.
4. What happens to the message you send
The contact form sends your message directly, by email, to Mtra. Fernanda Evia. The site does not save it in any database or server: once sent, the content of your message is not stored on the website.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not transfer, sell, or share your personal data with third parties. No person or company other than Mtra. Fernanda Evia has access to the information you share with us through this channel.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.
7. Your ARCO rights
As the owner of your data, you can exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition) at any time — the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Oppose: to find out what data we hold about you, correct it if it is out of date, ask us to delete it from our records, or object to how we use it.

8. Security measures
This site is served over a secure connection (HTTPS) and, as explained in point 4, does not store contact-form messages on any server or database — precisely to reduce the risk to your data.
